This project is for Maguire Properties (Owner) and Peko Precision Products (Tenant) and is located at 1 Lombard Street, Rochester, NY. It is a new 81,250 state of the art assembly plant. The project was completed in only 11 months, mainly due to it being design build, and received its certificate of occupancy in early October. The project used a pre-engineered metal building (Star Buildings) with long bay purlins, insulated metal panels on the walls, and R-Seal insulation with a standing seam roof.
