The proposed project includes the construction of a 35,000sq ft 10-12^th grade addition that links the existing middle schooland existing church. The existing 100yr old church will be rehabilitated toextend its life well into the future and be the home for the 9^thgrade academy by constructing 2 floors within the existing church volume. Thenewly acquired adjacent site will accommodate a new athletic complex for grades7 through 12 capable of hosting section V sporting events.

The procurement delivery for this project is design buildusing AIA A141 – 2014 standard form of agreement between owner anddesign-builder. SWBR / Hamilton Stern Construction are the design builder team.
