The New York City Housing Authority's (NYCHA) mission is to increase opportunities for low and moderate-income New Yorkers by providing safe, affordable housing and facilitating access to social and community services. NYCHA's Capital Projects Division (CPD) is committed to preserving and modernizing public housing for NYCHA residents by providing professional design and construction services efficiently and with the highest level of safety and quality.
CPD is seeking proposals for an Owner's Advisor on Design-Build and CM at Risk project delivery methods. In addition, the Authority is seeking proposals for legal services and guidance for Design-Build and CM at Risk project delivery methods for the Capital Program. We are pleased to announce the posting of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for these services.
NYCHA published the RFPs in the NYC City Record on March 22, 2019. Qualified candidates and firms are encouraged to submit a proposal on NYCHA's iSupplyer system.
